Kilkenny have turned 2009 into their greatest ever year and have also completed the greatest decade in their illustrious history.

Expectations were high for an epic battle between Tullaroan and Graigue Ballycallan last Sunday, where the two teams met in Nowlan Park for the first round of the senior hurling championship.
